Get a full-body low-impact workout in the comfort of your own home with the Goplus Gymax Water Rowing Machine.

Rowing targets all the major muscles groups of your body including your arms, legs, abdomen, back, chest and hips, as well as improving your overall cardio health - all in a low impact way - that means that it’s easier on your joints compared to many other types of exercise so you can workout for longer without the jarring impact!

The Goplus Gymax Water Rowing Machine is designed to work smoothly and quietly – all you can hear is the “whooshing” sound of the water as you row which is quite hypnotic and relaxing as it simulates the feel, sound and dynamics of real outdoor water rowing.

The Goplus Gymax Rower’s water flywheel tank measures 22” in diameter and there’s a manual hand-pump for removing the water.  The Goplus Gymax features adjustable water resistance with 6 water levels to adjust, making it suitable for both beginners and more advanced athletes.

The water resistance is based on the principle of impeller stoke, i.e. the resistance is adjusted by how much water is in the tank.  Beginners may want to start at the lower levels while those who are used to exercising may prefer the mid to higher levels.

Ergonomically designed, the Goplus Gymax Water Rowing Machine features a 10 degree inclined angle aluminum alloy sliding seat rail with 6 pulleys that’s designed to decrease sliding resistance / noise and to give better power generation.
