Get fit in the comfort of your own home with the motorized electric Sunny Health & Fitness SF-T7635 and SF-T7632 Treadmills.

The Sunny Health & Fitness SF-T7632 is the more basic of the two treadmills with a clever compact design so won’t take up much space in your home.  Most treadmills have the motor built onto the end of the deck but the SF-T7632’s 1.25 peak HP motor sits UNDERNEATH the front of the deck to save space.

There’s nothing complicated about the Sunny SF-T7632 treadmill – it has no workout programs to figure out - you can simply walk, jog or run at your desired speed with speeds ranging from 0.5 mph up to 7 mph.  It does have a useful LCD monitor that displays motivating workout stats as you exercise including time, speed, distance, calories and scan.

The Sunny Health & Fitness SF-T7635 Treadmill has a more powerful motor than the SF-T7632 at 2.2 peak HP, a wider and longer running deck, a selection of 12 interval workout programs which the SF-T7632 doesn’t have,  and an increased speed range from 0.6 up to 9.5 mph.

Both the SF-T7635 and SF-T7632 have a manual-adjustable incline with 3 settings.

The Sunny Health & Fitness SF-T7635 also has a backlit LCD monitor that displays motivating workout stats as well as the addition of a display that shows 1/4 mile running track which counts completed laps in a run.

The Sunny Health & Fitness SF-T7635 Treadmill’s handrails have built-in pulse grip heart-rate sensors and Quick Adjust speed buttons which the SF-T7632 does not have.

The Sunny SF-T7635 also has a media shelf built onto the console and dual water bottle holders, one each side of the console, which the SF-T7632 treadmill does not have.

Both the Sunny Health & Fitness SF-T7635 and SF-T7632 treadmills both feature a folding deck to save space when not in use and built-in transport wheels for easy relocation.

Overall, the Sunny Health & Fitness SF-T7635 is the larger and heavier treadmill than the SF-T7632 and has a higher maximum user weight capacity of 265 lbs compared to the SF-T7632’s 220 lb weight capacity which is designed for lighter use.

Fitness Tip: Jogging for just 30 minutes could burn approx. 465 calories for women or 566 calories for men, depending on the intensity of your workout

Let’s take a closer look at the main differences and similarities in features and between the Sunny Health & Fitness SF-T7635 and SF-T7632 to help you decide on which is the best treadmill for you:

Light-commercial air/fan exercise bike
Light commercial air or fan exercise bikes are designed to withstand more intensive use than traditional home exercise bikes and as the name suggests they are suitable for both light-commercial use and for more serious athletes looking for high-intensity training in the comfort of their own home.

Air or fan bikes offer a much more effective workout than traditional exercise bikes as they have moving handlebars to work the upper body in addition to the cycling action that works the lower body, giving you a total body workout that’s effective yet is still low impact on your joints as with traditional exercise bikes.

Air or fan exercise bikes generally utilize a large flywheel situated at the front of the bike combined with a unique air resistance system that works on the premise that the faster/harder you pedal, the harder the resistance becomes, effectively allowing for unlimited resistance levels.

Beautifully handcrafted, the WaterRower Classic Rowing Machine in Black Walnut with S4 Monitor utilizes a Water Flywheel that has been designed specifically to replicate the dynamics of a boat moving through water for a true rowing feel.

The WaterRower Classic Rowing Machine’s flywheel (comprising of 2 paddles) sits in an enclosed water tank (so there’s no dust build-up) and provides smooth and quiet resistance that is self-regulated.  The movement is amazingly smooth and fluid with no jerky/jarring that you tend to get with conventional rowing machines.

With the WaterRower’s water flywheel system, you can effectively increase the drag by paddling faster for more resistance or paddle slower to reduce the intensity of the resistance.

Maintenance-free, the WaterRower Classic Rowing Machine has no moving parts so there’s nothing that could wear out over time.  Even the WaterRower’s recoil belt and pulleys require NO maintenance or lubrication.

The WaterRower Classic’s seat sits on dual rails with 4 corner wheels for added seat stability and which also helps to reduce the amount of sweat build-up.
