Uniquely designed, the Sunny Health & Fitness SF-E3911 and SF-E3919 Cardio Climber Elliptical Machines combine the actions of a stepper and an elliptical trainer in one fluid climbing / stepping / striding motion together with full-motion handlebars to work your arms/upper body at the same time for a full-body workout.

The Sunny Health & Fitness SF-E3911 and SF-E3919 Cardio Climber Machines give you a more intense workout compared to a standard elliptical trainer (there is more of a climb action together with stepping/striding on the Cardio Climbers compared to the easier natural stepping/striding action of an elliptical machine) – you will definitely feel the burn more quickly on your legs, thighs and hips – meaning you will achieve desired results more quickly too!

Both the Sunny Health & Fitness SF-E3911 and SF-E3919 Cardio Climbers are sturdily constructed for long-lasting durability and have a small footprint (especially compared to a standard elliptical trainer) so won’t take up too much space in your home.  The Sunny SF-E3919 has a slightly larger footprint of around 44” long x 25” wide x 64” compared to the SF-E3911’s footprint of around 42” long x 23” wide x 60.5” high.

Comparing ProForm Cardio HIIT Trainer Pro versus ProForm Cardio HIIT Trainer, What's the Difference?

Uniquely designed, the ProForm Cardio HIIT Trainer Pro and Cardio HIIT Trainer are a cross between a stair stepper and an elliptical trainer and offer a much more effective and intensive workout compared to a standard elliptical.

The ProForm Cardio HIIT Trainer Pro and Cardio HIIT Trainer have a smaller footprint than an elliptical trainer so take up less space and feature a higher vertical climbing path to work more leg/lower body muscles in combination with moving handlebars that work your arms/upper body.

Both the ProForm Cardio HIIT Trainer Pro and Cardio HIIT Trainer feature oversized cushioned foot pedals with a 10” vertical climbing path and 5” horizontal elliptical path, while the moving handlebars feature multi-position grips to work more upper body muscles.

Both Cardio HIIT Trainers utilize a silent magnetic resistance system (SMR) which provides smooth and quiet operation.

The ProForm Cardio HIIT Trainer Pro is the premium machine over the ProForm Cardio HIIT Trainer and utilizes a heavier inertia-enhanced flywheel (30 lbs compared to 28 lbs), more resistance levels (26 compared to 24) and more preset workout programs (34 compared to 32).

The ProForm Cardio HIIT Trainer Pro also comes with a better console that has a 10” full-color HD Smart touch-screen display while the standard Cardio HIIT Trainer console features a 7” blue-backlit LED display.  Both consoles display motivating workout stats as you exercise including time, speed, distance, intensity, calories burned and heart-rate.

Preset workouts included on the Cardio HIIT Trainers include programs for calorie goals, intensity, speed and incline.  The consoles on both machines are also Bluetooth Smart and iFit compatible (subscription required) so you can access a wealth of additional workout programs online as well as Google Maps training routes from around the world.

Additional features included on both the ProForm Cardio HIIT Trainer Pro and standard ProForm Cardio HIIT Trainer include audio system (dual speakers with MP3/iPod compatibility), CoolAire workout cooling fan, tablet holder, and water bottle holder.

The Pro version is the heavier machine overall, but both Cardio HIIT Trainers are sturdily constructed with a commercial-grade steel frame and support a user weight capacity of up to 350 lbs.  Both machines come with oversized leveling feet for added stability and front-mounted transport wheels for easy relocation.

Both machines come with a manufacturer’s warranty for peace of mind (note the difference in warranty and other specifications in the tables below).
