The 2018 and 2014 Nautilus R616 Recumbent Bikes are both ergonomically designed for optimum user comfort and feature a padded contoured seat with ventilated backrest to allow for good airflow.  The step-through frame design makes it easy to mount and dismount the seat, while the sliding seat rail system allows you to adjust the height and closeness to the pedals for a custom fit for different users.
