The Nautilus T618 is the higher-end treadmill over the T616 and T614.  Part of Nautilus’ Performance Range, the T618 is designed to withstand high-intensity training, making it suitable for the more serious athlete.

The T616 sits in the middle of Nautilus’ treadmill range, while the T614 is Nautilus’ entry-level treadmill which actually ranks way higher compared to many other entry-level treadmills on the market today.

Being the top-of-the-range treadmill, the T618 offers numerous premium features and upgraded design over the T616 and T614, including a more powerful motor at 3.5 chp, better deck cushioning system, larger 2.75” crowned rollers, higher maximum user weight capacity of 350 lbs, better console with STN display (best in the fitness industry with a wider viewing angle and better visual colors), In-Reach remote controls in the handlebars, towel rail and accessory bar.  (See full features and specifications compared in the tables below.)

Summary:

I don’t think you’ll be disappointed with any of these 3 Nautilus treadmills.  For many people looking for light to moderate workouts in the comfort of their own home, the Nautilus T614 would be more than adequate for your needs with plenty of program variety and incline range to keep your workouts interesting and challenging.  The T614 still has many of the premium features of the other 2 treadmills such as sound system, cooling fan and SoftDrop deck, plus it offers the same 0-12 mph speed range.  The T614 punches high above its weight in the entry-level treadmill world and would save you some hard earned $$s!

If you’re looking for a bit more of a workout, or like the idea of even more program variety or have more than 2 people in your household who are likely to use the treadmill on a regular basis, then opt for the Nautilus T616.  You get the added bonus of a longer running belt and more cushioned deck for a more comfortable stride.  Plus you get the ease of Bluetooth connectivity for online fitness tracking.

If you’re a more serious athlete, then the Nautilus T618 is the treadmill for you.  It’s designed to take more of a pounding for high-intensity training with its more powerful motor, better light-commercial belt and cushioning system, higher user weight capacity and other up-graded features.  The T618 has a more durable heavy-duty design (note the heavier overall weight of this treadmill indicated in the tables above) and is well-worth the investment over the long-term.
