The Nautilus E616 sits in the middle of Nautilus’ range of elliptical trainers. Nautilus have a Performance Series E618 elliptical machine which is for serious athletes looking for more intensive training and a lower range E614 elliptical which is more of an entry-level machine.
The Nautilus E616 Elliptical Trainer is ergonomically designed for user comfort and offers a total-body low-impact workout that is easier on your joints compared to many other types of exercise.
The Nautilus E616 Elliptical Machine utilizes a high-speed high-inertia perimeter-weighted flywheel coupled with an ECB (eddy current) resistance system to give smooth and quiet operation. It features a 20” Precision Path stride length and large articulating cushioned footplates for a comfortable workout.
To keep your workouts varied and challenging, the Nautilus E616 Elliptical Trainer offers 25 ECB resistance levels and 29 customized workout programs. In addition, the E616 has a 0-11% motorized incline to add more intensity and use more muscle groups for a more effective workout.
