The action of the Bowflex LateralX L3 Machine allows you to move in 3 directions to activate muscles and burn calories: glide from side-to-side while pushing/pulling or standing/squatting – all in a low-impact way.
To keep your workouts varied and challenging, the Bowflex LateralX L3 Machine offers 8 resistance levels and 7 workout programs including X-Mode 16 minute intervals, total body, stand squat, dual direction, fan burn, calorie goal, and manual workout.

In addition to the 7 built-in workout programs of the LateralX L3, Bowflex offer access to another 30 workouts via its FREE LateralX App (available on both Android and iOS). The App features full-length workout videos with guidance and motivation from fitness trainers. There’s a great range of classes to suit both beginners and advanced athletes including Basics, Athletic conditioning, and Cross-Training. There are also optional SelectTech dumbbell workouts for those wanting to get even more out of their training.
The LateralX App workouts are powered by Bowflex Radio with a wide range of music including pop, country, rock and more! In addition to the workout videos, the App also allows you to sync your workouts, track your data, set goals, collect awards, and more!
